The consultation fee will go towards final cost of services once you book. This service is for new patients. If you have never booked with us before this service is required. If you are a new patient and you book an appointment without the consultation, your appointment will be canceled. This will be a 30 minute (or less) call with us. We will gather patient information, needs and assure that we’re a right fit for you.

This check in service includes : Managing and administering medications , assessment of wound and wound care, dressing & garment changing, ambulating, patient / family education. Help with bathing ; dressing , light household chores and light cooking. Patient advocacy and communication with clinicians. Physical assessment & vital signs. Pharmacy pick ups. Transportation from facility after surgery. This service is provided in your home, hotel, Airbnb etc.
